  1. A very pleasant and enjoyable day of walks and sightseeing in Besançon –

    We visited the Victor Hugo House the Musée du Temps the Cathedral and the Citadel.

    It was a wonderful day exploring the city of Besançon with a very warm welcome at all the sites we visited. The places were fascinating and informative.

    And the views of Besançon the Doubs River and the surrounding area from the Citadel ramparts were simply sublime.
