   Terrific guide – Romain was very engaging and impressively knowledgeable the history of France and the burgundy region. He also provided a great foundational understanding of the Burgundy wine industry.
   Highly recommend this tour.

   We had the greatest experience in Beaune thanks to our guide Romain . Perfect English and extensive knowledge of Burgundy wines !

   An excellent, informative and entertaining walk through Beaune!

   Útmutatónk, Romain Bouchard, was undoubtedly the best guide we’ve hired over our years of travel. He was engaging, knowledgeable and very accommodating of our questions and interests. His knowledge of the the magnificent and touching history of the Hotel de Dieu was impressive and made our experience very rich and satisfying.
   I cannot recommend his guidance highly enough.

   We had a fantastic tour of Beaune with Romain Bouchaud—a knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely friendly guide. The four hours we spent walking around the town flew by. Romain began by taking us into the extraordinary Maison Patriarche, one of the oldest and most historically significant wine cellars in the region. As we explored the labyrinth of caves, Romain brought the history of Beaune and its deep ties to wine to life with fascinating stories and insights.

   The tour culminated in a wine tasting led by Pernille Skouboe. It was such an enjoyable experience that we ended up returning before leaving the region to pick up a few bottles! We also visited the famous Hospices de Beaune, which we absolutely loved, and wandered through the town’s charming streets, ramparts, and hidden corners—all with Romain’s thoughtful and enthusiastic commentary.

   He was professional, enthusiastic, and full of great recommendations—including excellent restaurant tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Beaune!
